Who We Are
Connor Lotnick
Founder & Managing Principal
Connor has a strong passion for working with entrepreneurs to help them achieve their financial goals.
He began his career working in commercial banking, establishing himself as an adept underwriter who was quickly assigned to underwriting complex, 9-figure acquisition financing deals for both public and private companies, in addition to various deals in the lower "mid-market" space.
Connor then served 5+ years as a midmarket relationship manager for two major Canadian banks, primarily working with private companies to provide financing solutions to a variety of companies and industries.
After successfully winning multiple awards from the banks for his deal underwriting and client acquisition/management, Connor left banking to pursue a career in corporate finance, his passion for helping entrepreneurs and deal-junkie nature leading him to eventually founding Ultio.
In his spare time Connor enjoys writing and playing music as a guitarist and vocalist, coming to grips with his waning athleticism on the basketball court, being an avid sports fan, and spending time with family and friends.
